However, our brains tend to need more proof than just me saying that. So, I have curated this list of growth mindset traits to help answer this question.

You Know You Have A Growth Mindset If You…
- Believe that mindsets can change…
- And recognize that you are the only one responsible for your mindset.
- Embrace challenges and obstacles that come your way and navigate through and/or around them.
- Learn from your experiences.
- Believe that intelligence and talents can be developed.
- Find inspiration and motivation from the success of others.
- Take ownership and accountability of the highs AND lows.
Is It Possible To Have A Growth Mindset About Some Things But Not Everything?
Yes! That in itself is kind of a growth mindset. Your mindset can and will change. Additionally, your mindset may be different for different things. As you begin to understand the situations where you have a fixed mindset vs. growth mindset, you can begin to see things in a new way. When you start to change your programming and shift to a growth mindset, you’ll begin to see different outcomes in your life.
